Feeling fab full of vitality every day so that you can live life to the full is something we all aspire to but as we start to feel the age on our birthday card, we can feel less like ourselves. If you’re looking for some advice on how to reclaim your midlife mojo, Kay Newton of Midlife Strategies has some strategies to share to help you feel more like you again.

Kay Newton“When your midlife mojo is out of whack and you feel you are heading into a midlife crisis, it’s so easy to feel as if you are fighting fires and getting nowhere fast.

Perhaps you’re dealing with health issues, toxic people, loneliness, finding a new direction or lack of financial flow. Most people hone in on one life area to create a ‘fix’ only to the detriment of the other parts. Being wonky just makes it hard for the holistic beings we are to get back on track – it just makes them even wonkier!

Strengthen your life table

Finding your midlife mojo when you’re feeling wonky does not have to be difficult as small daily actions to strengthen your ‘life table’ (four legs of ‘health, connections, knowledge, financial flow’ and your tabletop of ‘mindset’) always win over time. Having a ‘life table’ that is sturdy and strong, creates confidence, brings back your Midlife Mojo and allows you to deal with the stuff that life throws at you.

Simple daily steps to feel fab

Here is a simple list of daily actionable mojo steps you can take to feel fab…

  1. Health Basics

Drink enough water, it is so easy to forget! Always have a water bottle handy and measure your intake. Also, breathe deeply every day (do you know your breath is the way your body expels fat?). And last but not least, without movement you will rust, so make sure you keep moving!

2. Create Your List of 30 ConnectionsNo man is an island

No man is an island. Most people have friends that they turn to in times of need, yet what if they are busy dealing with their own stuff? Spend a little time curating a wider list. Reach out using social media or make a new friend in the coffee shop. Next, make sure you jot a date in the diary to make contact again. Not only will they be there for you, but you will also be able to help them along the way too.

  1. Complete an Annual Skills Audit

We all have qualifications of some sort, yet our skillset goes far beyond pieces of paper. When we reach midlife it may be the perfect time to do something new. You have so much to offer the world yet without a skills audit you may not know which direction to begin. Knowing what you know and what you don’t know will guide you to seek the right help.

  1. Get Curious About Financial Flow

Midlife mojo can disappear if you have a list of things you want to do in life yet don’t have the finances to achieve them. Simply ask yourself, what do you need to change to make it happen? Keep asking until you have the answer.

And breathe5.  Know Thyself Intimately

We are often very good at planning our holidays or decluttering our wardrobe yet fail to spend time learning who we are today, planning our thoughts and ditching ones that no longer serve. Spend random minutes each day listening inside your head. Simples.

Boost your vitality to help reclaim your midlife mojo

Feeling full of vitality every day so that you can live life to the full is something we all aspire to but as we start to feel the age on our birthday card, we can feel less like ourselves. One of the reasons for this is the decline in our own antioxidant production from our 20s onwards so our cellular health wanes due to free radical damage.

My name is Philippa Taylor of Feel Fab Naturally and I’d like to introduce you to a clinically-proven and natural way to help restore your vitality in one breathtakingly simple way by taking Protandim Nrf2.

The synergistic blend of five botanicals in Protandim Nrf2 naturally reactivates your body to make its own antioxidants again telling your body how to help itself.  This boosts your cellular health leading to better sleep, more energy and reduced inflammation.

Switching your own antioxidant production back on naturally to feel full of vitality has never been simpler.
