Privacy Policy

Who we are
Feel Fab Naturally is run by Philippa Taylor (‘we’, ‘I’). I am the data controller responsible for your personal data. You can reach me via email. This policy explains what I collect, why, and your rights over it.
What I collect
- When you use the contact form: your name, your email address, and the message you send.
- When you book a call via Calendly: your name, your email address, and any details you provide at the booking step.
- If you subscribe to my letter, Maximise Your Mojo: nothing is collected by me. The subscribe button takes you to Substack, and your email address is given to Substack and handled under Substack’s own privacy policy. I can see the list of subscribers to my publication, but I do not collect or store your details on this website.
- If you go on to buy anything or enrol with Life Vantage: that happens on their own site, under their own privacy policy, and none of it passes through this website.
Basic technical and usage data through cookies, if you agree to them. See Cookies below.
Why I use it, and my lawful basis
To reply to your enquiry or arrange your booking. Lawful basis: legitimate interests, meaning responding to someone who has chosen to contact me.
To run and improve the website. Lawful basis: your consent, for any non-essential cookies.
How long I keep it
Enquiry and booking details are kept only as long as I need them to deal with your message, and a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted.
Who I share it with
I don’t sell your data, ever. I use trusted service providers who process it on my behalf: my website host, my email provider, Calendly for bookings, and Substack if you choose to subscribe. Each handles your data under its own agreement and privacy terms.
Sending data outside the UK
Some of these providers are based in the United States, so your data may be processed outside the UK. Where that happens, it is protected by appropriate safeguards as required by UK data protection law.
Your rights
You have the right to see the data I hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to object to or restrict how I use it, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email me at [ your email address ]. If you subscribe to my letter, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the foot of every issue.
Cookies
Cookies are small files that help a website work and help me understand how it’s used. Essential cookies keep the site running. Non-essential cookies, such as analytics, only load if you agree, using the banner you see on your first visit. You can change your choice at any time through the cookie settings link in the footer.
Complaints
If you’re unhappy with how I’ve handled your data, please contact me first so I can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
I may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
