How it works

The Fired Up manifesto is what this business believes. CHARM is how it is done. This page is the practical half: three ways forward, what each one asks of you, and what I get out of it.

If you’ve arrived here before you’re ready for any of that, read the manifesto instead. It asks nothing of you and it’s the honest answer to what I believe.

Start here, whichever route you eventually take

Maximise Your Mojo arrives first thing every Monday, by email: it’s where the thinking lands first.

Most women read it for a while before they do anything else, and a good number never do anything else, which is entirely the point. The newsletter is not a waiting room for a sale. It’s the work.

The three ways forward

We take up room. That’s the first thing the manifesto says and it’s the organising idea behind all three of these. None of them is a rescue. Each one is a woman deciding to occupy more space than she was allocated.

One. For yourself

You want your own mojo back and you’d like the science to be honest rather than hopeful. You read the newsletter, you work the five CHARM pillars into an ordinary day, and where a product genuinely answers something you are already trying to solve, you buy it and use it.

That’s the whole of route one. No membership, no commitment, no call.

What it asks of you: an ordinary week and some patience. Nothing here transforms anybody in a fortnight and I wouldn’t trust anyone who said otherwise.

Two. Alongside a practice you already run

You have a business built on appointments and you look after women over 50. You’re excellent at what you do and your diary is the constraint, not your ability.

This route is about adding something to what you already offer, in your own room, on your own terms, without becoming somebody who sells. A woman in her sixties is not a cautionary tale, and neither is a practitioner in her fifties looking for a second income stream that doesn’t cost her another day a week.

What it asks of you: that you are genuinely interested in how it works, because you’ll be asked about it by clients who trust you, and being trusted is the entire asset.

Three. As a business of your own

You have a job that no longer asks anything of the interesting part of you. It’s not that you’re undervalued on paper. It’s that you have a great deal of capability going nowhere and you’ve started looking outside the job for somewhere to put it.

This route is building something using what decades of working life has already given you. You can read a room. You can talk to anybody. You know which crises are real.

What it asks of you: time before money, for longer than you would like. Anybody who tells you otherwise is selling something.

What I get out of it

Here’s the part most people in this industry bury, so I am putting it in the middle of the page rather than at the bottom.

I am an independent contractor consultant with LifeVantage. If you buy through me, I earn a commission on it. If you take either of the partner routes, I earn a commission on what you go on to build, and so does the person who introduced me. That’s how the model works and there’s nothing hidden in it.

The products are here.

The other thing I sell is the CHARM Reset, a four-week live workshop. Ninety-six pounds. The founding cohort runs in January 2027 and I run it myself.

One housekeeping note, because the word does double duty. Activation is one of the five CHARM healthspan pillars, and it’s also the name I use for the science end of what LifeVantage makes. Same word, two levels. When I write about Activation as a pillar I mean what your cells have to work with. When I write about it as a product category I will say so plainly.

What I will never do

I won’t tell you that anything here cures, treats or prevents a single thing, because it does not, and because saying so is against the law as well as against my better judgement.

I won’t put a number on your results or a date on them.

I won’t sell you a repair for a fault I invented. There is an entire industry built on calling these years a problem and then pricing the solution, and it is precisely what this business exists in opposition to.

I won’t ask you what your why is. Wisdom without humour is just a lecture, and that question is neither.

And if what you need is not something I have, I will tell you who does. I’ve spent nearly four decades collecting a crew of women who are good at things, and pointing you at one of them costs me nothing and helps you more than pretending would.

If you want to talk about either partner route

Here’s half an hour in my diary and it won’t take that long unless you want it to.

If you’re not sure which route you are, or whether you are any of them, read the Maximise Your Mojo newsletter for a while. It’s genuinely the answer and it’s what I would tell a friend.
