The professional
You’re a personal trainer, nutritionist, aesthetician, coach or hairdresser, and your working life is already spent with women in this chapter. Your clients trust you, and they’re not telling you everything: the sleep that broke, the energy that went quietly, the confidence that leaked away. You’ve probably sensed there’s more you could offer them. There is, and it’s a better conversation than a webpage.
The builder
You’ve spent decades being everything to everyone, and you’re ready to build something with your own name on it. Purpose, community, and a future that’s finally yours. You are not starting over; you are finally starting. What that looks like in practice is exactly the conversation I love to have.

I won’t pitch you, because I don’t pitch anyone. We’ll talk about your life, what you’re building, and whether what I do fits inside it. If it does, I’ll show you everything properly, one to one. If it doesn’t, you’ll leave with my genuine goodwill and probably a book recommendation.
